Salesman

 

Position: Omvic Liscenced Saleperson

 

Job Description: Job activities include answering all inquiries by potential customers who visits the dealership, following up on leads, selling, buying and trading motor vehicles, writing bill of sales. ocassionally answering phones and assisting existing customers with problems.

Qualifications: At least 6 months experience in the new or used vehicle sales industry.  Must be liscenced to sell motor vehicles in Ontario (OMVIC Liscense). Must be self motivated. Must be a people person. Good communication skills is an assett. Must be comfortable with basic mathematics (i.e. percentage). Must have reliable means of travelling to and from work.  Must be willing to work full time at least 5 days per week.

Education: Omvic Certificate 

Start Date: Succesful candidate may start immediately.

Position: Office Secretary 

Job Description:  Job activities will include greeting customers, answering phones, preparing computer documents, sending faxes, distribute incoming faxes and mails, organize  office files reseipts and bills, return phone calls to customers, help with employee scheduling, responsible for keeping paperwork around the office neat and organized, responsible for checking and responding to emails and perform other required office duties.

Qualifications:  Qualified individual must be well groomed and organized. Must have previous customer service experience. Must be polite, friendly, pleasant etc.. Must have excellent telephone ethics. Must posses good enlish language skills both reading and writing. Must be efficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and other F& I softwares. Must be willing to work fulltime monday to friday.

Field Financing Rep.

 

 Position: Auto Dealer Financing Representative 

Job Description: Job activities include visiting other dealerships to sign on as new clients, receiving financing applications from other dealerships customers and forwarding for approval. Eplaining financing process to potential customers. Delivering checks for approved application to dealerships location.

Qualifications: At least 6 months experience in the sales industry.  Must be be excellent at math. Must be self motivated. Must be a people person. Good communication skills is an asset. Must be must be fluent in english. Must have reliable means of travelling to and from work.  Must be willing to work full time at least 5 days per week.
